Diablo Immortal's latest update, Patch 3.2: Shattered Sanctuary, concludes the game's inaugural chapter with a climactic showdown against the Lord of Terror, Diablo. Sanctuary has become Diablo's infernal playground, and after a two-year quest to gather Worldstone shards, players finally confront him. Longtime Diablo fans will recognize familiar faces, including the returning Tyrael, and gain access to the legendary sword, El'druin.
A New Zone: World's Crown
Shattered Sanctuary introduces World's Crown, a chilling new zone featuring blood-red lakes, gravity-defying upward-falling rain, and menacing, jagged structures. This vast, dark, and unsettling area is the largest zone Blizzard has added to the game to date.
The Diablo Encounter
The centerpiece of Shattered Sanctuary is the multi-phase battle against Diablo. This challenging fight tests players' skills, as Diablo unleashes signature attacks like Firestorm and Shadow Clones, amplified by the final Worldstone shard. A new move, Breath of Fear, adds another layer of difficulty, demanding quick reflexes and strategic positioning. Players will utilize El'druin to counter Diablo's most devastating attacks.
Additional Challenges
New Helliquary Bosses require teamwork, encouraging players to coordinate their efforts. Challenger Dungeons introduce unpredictable modifiers, forcing players to adapt their strategies on the fly.
Rewarding Gameplay
The update's new bounties offer challenging yet enjoyable gameplay, with superior loot compared to other areas.
