Dune: Awakening arrives May 20th, 2025 on PC via Steam, with PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions following later. But you can start your journey today! Funcom has released the Character Creator and Benchmark Mode. Craft your character, choosing appearance, home planet, caste, and mentor, and then import them into the full game on launch. Early character creation also unlocks an exclusive Frameblade knife skin, redeemable with a code upon release.

The Benchmark Mode tests your PC's performance, optimizing graphics settings for optimal gameplay. Experience a journey through a player-built base, Harko Village (the bustling Harkonnen hub), and a thrilling sandworm encounter.

The game will be priced at USD 49.99, with Steam pre-orders available soon. Pre-orders include the Terrarium of Muad’Dib in-base decoration, featuring the iconic desert kangaroo mouse.
