Pokémon Center Area – North Province (Area Two)

A long-standing community favorite, this northeastern area (near Team Star's Fighting Crew base) is packed with Pokémon yielding pure Attack EVs. Expect encounters with Lokix, Scyther, Bisharp, Heracross, Dratini, and Ursaring. Note that some Pokémon, like Falinks, offer mixed EV gains, so focus on consistent Attack EV sources for optimal damage output.

Eastern Edge of Porto Marinada

For precise EV control, the eastern outskirts of Porto Marinada are ideal. Paldean Tauros here grant 2 Attack EVs each; with a Power Bracer, this jumps to 10. This lets you quickly reach your target EV count and then remove the Bracer for fine-tuning.

How to Use the Power Bracer for EV Training

Before you start, equip the Power Bracer. This item boosts EV gains by +8 Attack per defeated Pokémon. A Pokémon yielding 1 Attack EV will now give 9, significantly accelerating your training. It's a more cost-effective alternative to vitamins.

Best Pokémon for EV Attack Training

Mass outbreaks significantly boost EV gains. While unpredictable, they offer the fastest training. Here are two excellent choices:

Flamigo

Common near lakes and swamps, Flamigo appear at various levels, making them accessible even at lower levels (e.g., southeastern South Province lakes). For higher-level Flamigo, try Casseroya Watchtower No. 1 (south of Lake Casseroya). Beware of level 9-20 Flamigo, which may have the "Detect" ability.

Paldean Tauros

Found in central-western and central-eastern areas, Paldean Tauros usually appear in groups of five. Hunt them south of Levincia for optimal efficiency. Note that some have the "Intimidate" ability.
