Contrary to its name, Goatskin isn't a literal goat hide in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. He's a crucial character you must locate during the "Into the Underworld" main quest in Kuttenberg. Katherine will direct you to the inn, but finding him involves some detective work. Here's a simpler method:
Goatskin hides in the upper level of a barn adjacent to the Black Horse tavern. Access the barn behind the tailor's shop and ascend the ladder. Remember, this is a private area, so stealth is advised.
Once upstairs, drop into the courtyard, climb onto the carriage, and enter the second barn through a window. Climb to the top floor to find Goatskin. This strategy works only during the day; he changes locations at night. Saving your game before interacting with him is recommended, as successful dialogue checks are necessary to avoid hefty bribes (150 groschen initially, increasing to 500 groschen upon failure).
Failing skill checks will cost you 500 groschen, a substantial sum. If you lack confidence in your skills, paying the initial 150 groschen is a viable alternative.
