GOG resurrects the cult classic survival horror games, Dino Crisis and Dino Crisis 2, bringing them to PC in DRM-free re-releases. Both titles, originally released on PlayStation, are now available via GOG's Preservation Program, ensuring the original content remains untouched.
Capcom's Dino Crisis 3, an Xbox exclusive, remains the last entry in the series, despite fan demand for a new game or HD remake. The release of Exoprimal, a multiplayer dinosaur-focused title, and comments from series creator Shinji Mikami seemingly dashed hopes for a Dino Crisis revival.
These PC ports, previously difficult to run on modern systems, are now fully compatible with Windows 10 and 11 thanks to GOG's enhancements. GOG highlights the improved experience, stating Regina's iconic line, "You're extinct!", no longer applies to the games themselves.
