Hollow Knight Silksong creators troll the community with a “delicious teaser”

Hollow Knight Silksong's release remains elusive, much to the amusement (and frustration) of fans. The developers, Team Cherry, have a history of playfully teasing fans, and their recent cryptic image – a single cake – sent the community into a frenzy of speculation. Many believed it hinted at an Alternate Reality Game (ARG).

However, Team Cherry quickly dispelled this, clarifying it was simply a cake. Despite the official explanation, some fans remain unconvinced, clinging to the theory that a full game reveal is imminent, possibly in April.

The wait continues for Silksong, the highly anticipated sequel to the critically acclaimed Hollow Knight. The original game, a masterpiece of action-adventure, captivated players with its intricate world, challenging gameplay, and rich lore, following a silent knight's journey through the decaying kingdom of Hallownest. The release date for Silksong, however, remains shrouded in mystery.
