Marvel Snap Rolls Out a Halloween-Special Undead Horde Season

Second Dinner has rolled out a Halloween update for Marvel Snap: the Undead Horde season. This event centers entirely on the Marvel Zombies. The new season also introduces fresh mechanics that change how matches unfold.

There’s a fresh keyword called Horde

The Undead Horde season adds a new ability to Marvel Snap. Whenever a card with this ability is played, it enhances your existing Zombie Horde. If no Horde is on the board, the game spawns one at a different location.

For the character roster, Marvel Snap has added zombified versions of iconic heroes and villains from Earth-2149. Zombie Scarlet Witch leads the Undead Horde Season Pass. Headpool appears in the Super Premium Pass and is also found in Seasonal Series 5 packs.

You’ll also see the return of popular limited-time game modes

Sanctum Showdown returns from October 15th to 22nd, challenging you to control locations to win. Then, from October 27th to November 3rd, the Grand Arena returns, letting you battle with unique champion decks.

Two new locations are included in the update. The Deadlands increases the spawn rate of extra Hordes, turning it into a nightmare if your opponent already has the upper hand in undead units. Meanwhile, the Survivors’ Camp grants extra card draws and ways to bolster your Horde.

Lastly, new cosmetics are available. The Undead Horde season introduces special-edition variants, including Cyberpunk and Tarot-themed sets, shop takeovers, featured collections, and fresh album content.
