This week's Mortal Kombat 1 update delivered a surprise addition alongside the anticipated Conan the Barbarian: a secret fighter, a pink-clad ninja named Floyd! While seemingly a playful inclusion, Floyd is a fully functional character, a clear homage to the iconic Pink Floyd.

Floyd's design mirrors the band's Dark Side of the Moon album cover, showcasing a prism-like effect. Interestingly, his moveset is a compilation of techniques borrowed from other ninjas in the game, incorporating Sub-Zero's freezing abilities and Scorpion's spear attacks. Adding to the fun, Floyd boasts a unique health stat of 1337.

This secret character evokes memories of Reptile, the hidden fighter from the original Mortal Kombat game, who similarly possessed a moveset drawn from other ninjas. Unlocking Floyd currently appears to be somewhat random, though the character provides clues to the necessary challenges.
