Confirmation emails for Nintendo's highly anticipated Switch 2 Experience events, scheduled across the globe, reportedly began arriving in inboxes on January 27, 2025. Excited fans quickly shared their confirmations on Twitter (X).

The registration period, open from January 17th to 26th, 2025, following the Switch 2 trailer reveal, required a free Nintendo Account. Nintendo's website provided detailed registration guidelines and attendee expectations for those selected.

Those not selected received emails detailing a waitlist opening on January 29th, 2025, at 4 PM ET / 3 PM CT / 1 PM PT, offering a chance to secure a spot should openings arise.
