Old School RuneScape Mobile Celebrates Sixth Anniversary with Massive Update!

Jagex has unleashed a significant update for Old School RuneScape's mobile version, marking its sixth anniversary. This anniversary update is packed with features designed to enhance and streamline gameplay. Read on to discover the exciting additions and decide if you agree with the changes.

Key Improvements in the Anniversary Update:

This update focuses on major and minor improvements for a smoother, faster, and more personalized experience. New features include a revamped mobile UI, Side Stones, hotkeys, and more.

The redesigned UI allows for customized layouts, enabling players to organize their interface to their preference. Side Stones provide quick access to inventory, equipment, spells, and friends, acting as a central hub for combat and casual gameplay.

Players can now utilize five customizable hotkeys directly on the screen, making switching between layouts incredibly easy. The ability to save up to three different layouts further simplifies transitions between various gameplay activities.

The Menu Entry Swapper (MES) allows for personalized interactions with NPCs and items, tailoring the game to individual playstyles. A new Popout Panel provides real-time access to XP tracking, ground item indicators, and other valuable information. Finally, HiScores are now integrated into the mobile client, allowing players to track their progress and compare rankings.
