Get ready for exciting updates to Pokémon TCG Pocket! Trading is finally here, alongside the Space-Time Smackdown expansion. This means you can soon exchange cards with friends within the game.
Pokémon TCG Pocket: Space-Time Smackdown and Trading Release Dates
Trading launches on January 29th, 2025, followed by the Space-Time Smackdown expansion on January 30th. This update also introduces new binder and display board covers featuring Dialga, Palkia, and Darkrai.
Trading Details
The highly anticipated trading feature requires two new items: trade hourglasses and trade tokens. Currently, only cards from the Genetic Apex and Mythical Island expansions (rarity levels 1-4 and ★1) are tradeable. More cards will be added in future updates.
Space-Time Smackdown Expansion
This expansion focuses on the Sinnoh region, introducing two new booster packs featuring the legendary Pokémon Dialga and Palkia, along with fresh card artwork. Lucario, and the Sinnoh starter Pokémon (Turtwig, Chimchar, and Piplup) will also be available.
