Get ready for the Pokémon Go Tour: Unova – Global event! Legendary Pokémon Black Kyurem and White Kyurem are making their debut, bringing with them exciting new Adventure Effects to enhance your catching experience. Black Kyurem's Freeze Shock temporarily immobilizes wild Pokémon, making them much easier to catch, while White Kyurem's Ice Burn slows the target ring, increasing your chances of landing Excellent Throws. These effects are extendable in 10-minute increments, up to a maximum of 24 hours.
Maximize your rewards by utilizing the Tour Pass! This pass boosts your Adventure Effects, providing even more advantages during the event. Earn Tour Points by catching Pokémon, completing raids, and hatching Eggs. Reaching Major Milestones will increase your Catch XP and extend the duration of Freeze Shock or Ice Burn. For the ultimate experience, consider upgrading to the Tour Pass Deluxe for bonus encounters, an avatar item, and the new Lucky Trinket, which guarantees a Lucky Friend for an enhanced trading experience.
During the event, challenge Black Kyurem and White Kyurem in five-star raids to collect Fusion Energy. Fusing Zekrom or Reshiram with a Kyurem possessing Glaciate will result in Glaciate being replaced by Freeze Shock or Ice Burn (depending on which Kyurem you fused with). Remember, these moves revert back to Glaciate after separating the Pokémon, and they cannot be learned via Charged TMs or Elite Charged TMs.
Choose between two event badges: Black Version (Reshiram) or White Version (Zekrom). Your choice determines your Special Research rewards and the move Kyurem will learn after defeating the respective legendary Pokémon (Glaciate in both cases).
