Pokémon GO Is Dropping Might and Mastery Event with a Legendary Pokémon at Your Side!

Get ready for some serious martial arts action in Pokémon GO's upcoming Might and Mastery event! Running from March 4th to June 3rd, 2025, this event packs a punch with a new Pokémon and a legendary debut.

Meet Kubfu and Urshifu

The spotlight shines on Kubfu, a powerful Fighting-type Pokémon, ready to join your team. During the event, you'll be able to evolve Kubfu into one of two Urshifu forms: Single Strike Style and Rapid Strike Style. Prepare for some epic battles with Dynamax Pokémon, including a potentially gigantic Kubfu!

Special Research and More

The adventure begins with the Might and Mastery Special Research, available from March 5th at 10:00 a.m. to June 3rd at 9:59 a.m. This multi-stage research will unfold throughout the season, so keep an eye on your research tab.

The Powerful Potential event (March 5th-10th) marks Kubfu's official arrival in Pokémon GO. Remember, Kubfu cannot be traded, sent to the Professor, or transferred to Pokémon HOME.

Epic Battles Await!

From March 8th at 6:00 a.m. to March 9th at 9:00 p.m., prepare for Max Battles with increased Power Spot refresh rates. One-Star Max Battles feature Dynamax Grookey, Scorbunny, and Sobble, while Six-Star Max Battles offer the challenge of Gigantamax Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise. One-Star Raids include Gothita, Solosis, and Sinistea, and Three-Star Raids feature Alolan Raichu, Hisuian Typhlosion, and Sableye.
