Flat2VR Studios has announced a virtual reality adaptation of the iconic trash shooter, Postal 2, originally released 22 years ago. A debut trailer showcases the game's signature humor and chaotic gameplay, following the Dude as he embarks on a signature quest for petition signatures to support the Postal 2 VR development.
The trailer highlights key improvements, including a redesigned shooting mechanic optimized for VR controllers, a revamped user interface, and a refreshed mini-map system.
A Steam page is now live, offering screenshots, system requirements, and further details. PC players will need at least Windows 10, an Intel Core i5-4590 or AMD Ryzen 5 1500X CPU, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 or AMD Radeon R9 290 GPU, and 8 GB of RAM. While Russian voiceovers are absent, subtitles will be included.
Despite the modern enhancements, the core Postal 2 experience remains intact. Players tackle mundane tasks like grocery shopping and library book returns, but the freedom to descend into utter chaos is always just a trigger pull away.
Postal 2 VR will launch on SteamVR, PS VR2, Quest 2, and Quest 3.
