What's The Sims Planning for Its 25th Birthday?
Get ready for 25 days of free gifts! That's right, The Sims is giving away a different present each day for 25 days. But you'll need to log in daily to claim your prize—each gift is only available for 24 hours.
Running through the end of February 2025, EA is hosting a huge 25th-anniversary celebration across the entire Sims franchise. Expect updates, rereleases, exciting events, and tons of brand-new content.
The Sims Mobile is also joining the fun with two free gifts for players who log in during its birthday week, starting March 4th. And to really set the mood, EA has partnered with Spotify to create the ultimate Sims playlist, featuring iconic tracks from the game's history.
It's a Blast from the Past!
The Sims FreePlay is taking us on a nostalgic trip back to the 2000s! To commemorate 25 years of The Sims, FreePlay is overflowing with content that will transport you back to an era of flip phones, frosted tips, and velour tracksuits.
Two new live events, "The One with the Coffee Shop" and "Reality Island," offer a delightful dose of retro fun. The "Social Town" update adds new homes, a helicopter, and a museum showcasing FreePlay's rich history. It's a must-see for longtime fans!
