Subway Surfers: New City Surprise Launches Stealthily

Sybo Games has quietly released a new mobile title, Subway Surfers City, on iOS and Android. This soft launch, currently limited to select regions, offers a sequel to the wildly popular Subway Surfers.

The game boasts improved graphics and incorporates many features added to the original over its long lifespan. Expect to see familiar characters alongside new additions like hoverboards.

A Bold Move?

Releasing a sequel to their flagship title is a significant risk for Sybo. The original Subway Surfers, while immensely successful, shows its age due to its aging Unity engine. This soft launch approach allows for testing and feedback before a wider release. The stealth launch is particularly noteworthy given Subway Surfers' global popularity.
