The acquisition of Thrayir requires collecting five unique Runekeys:

• Whirling Runekey: This key drops from Ksvir the Forgotten, a rare spawn found in the Forgotten Vault's southernmost chamber during a Storm event.

• Torrential Runekey: Gather seven Torrential Fragments from any enemy on Siren Isle while a Storm is active.

• Thunderous Runekey: Collect five Thunderous Fragments from any chest on Siren Isle (chest location doesn't need to be within a Storm zone).

• Cyclonic Runekey: This can be obtained through fishing anywhere on Siren Isle during a Storm, or as a possible drop from Zek’ul the Shipbreaker in the Deadfin Mire.

• Turbulent Runekey: Locate three Turbulent Fragments at these specific locations near Kul Tiran ghosts:

  • Behind the abandoned inn, dig in the garden.
  • Inside a cave in the Rotting Hole zone (the ghost is cowering).
  • Inside the Spirit-Scarred Cave (the ghost offers the fragment).

The Final Ritual:
