Caliban Prime Arrives in Warframe August Update

Caliban Prime is set to make its grand debut in Warframe later this month, combining Orokin elegance with Sentient resilience for your arsenal. Initially revealed during the TennoCon Old Peace demo, this latest Prime Warframe is the embodiment of adaptability, arriving with enhanced energy, shields, and an extra Attack Polarity to give you a combat advantage.

Forged from two great empires, Caliban was originally created by the Sentient warlord Erra to hunt the Tenno. Liberated from his creator, he now fights on his own terms. Now, adorned with the distinctive gold trim of the Prime lineage, Caliban Prime is as much a declaration of power as it is a formidable instrument of destruction.

In combat, you can unleash spinning vortex dashes, slam the ground with devastating impact, and summon Prime versions of his Sentient constructs—Conculyst, Ortholyst, and Summulyst—to shred through enemies or reinforce your defenses. His abilities culminate in a raw energy barrage, where three streams converge into a single overwhelming blast.

The update also introduces Caliban's signature weapons: the Venato Prime melee scythe and the brand-new Vadarya Prime sniper rifle, an artifact unearthed from the Orokin archives. You can earn these alongside Caliban Prime through Void Relics and craft them in your Foundry, or acquire them instantly via Prime Access for immediate play.

Prime-exclusive cosmetics include the sleek Neurovyre Prime Syandana, Tauron Prime Regalia for your Operator and Drifter, and matching glyphs, all bundled with 90-Day Affinity and Resource Boosters. You can also redeem available Warframe codes to claim a selection of free items!

Accompanying the Prime debut, the TennoGen Factions collection introduces new community-designed cosmetic items to the Warframe Market. Look for the Gauss Profitas skin, Xikonos Syandana, Jotunheim whip skin, and Xairaks armor set—all drawing inspiration from Warframe's rich enemy faction lore.
