HoYoverse has unveiled the exciting details for Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.6, titled 'Among the Forgotten Ruins,' set to launch on March 12th. This update promises to stir things up in New Eridu with a rich narrative and intriguing character developments.

What’s Happening in Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.6?

In this update, Proxies find themselves entangled in a high-stakes auction orchestrated by the Mayor, tasked with securing a mysterious artefact tied to the Sacrifice. Amidst this, the phantom thief syndicate, Mockingbird, aims to throw a wrench in the Mayor's plans. Other factions are also in the mix, none too eager to let the Proxies walk away with the prize. Adding to the intrigue, Hugo and Vivian's suspicious behavior leaves players questioning their true intentions. You can catch a glimpse of the drama unfolding in the trailer below.

Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.6 introduces the new unit Anby Demara, previously known as Soldier 0 and leader of Silver Squad. She now steps into the spotlight as an S-Rank Electric Attack Agent, wielding dual swords to deliver powerful Electric damage. Joining her is Trigger, an ace sniper from Obol Squad and an S-Rank Electric Stun Agent. Trigger's Sniper Mode allows her to dodge attacks, take precise shots, and set up teammates for Quick Assists.

Some Are Making a Comeback

Returning characters include Pulchra Fellini, an A-Rank Physical Stun Agent representing the Sons of Calydon, along with S-Rank Fire Anomaly Agent Burnice and S-Rank Ether Attack Agent Zhuyuan, who will have rerun banners. The new boss, Geppetto, will challenge players in Hollow Zero.

The update also brings new gameplay features. Difficulty VI in Battlefront Purge will test your skills, while the new Hollow Zero mode, Shadow Operation, enhances battles with special effects such as increased damage based on accumulated coins. Trigger's TV Schedule introduces third-person sniper gameplay for authentic sniper missions. Additionally, March On, Tiny Titan! allows you to control a Bangboo drone for unique challenges, and Little Knight's Big Charge offers ten trials where you guide a Bangboo, with rewards like Pulchra as a playable agent.
