The performance and experience you get from Potenza Drive can vary based on the combination of devices used, which we refer to as your system or setup. This setup includes:

• Your mobile device
• An OBD-II ELM327 adapter (available in Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or USB variants)
• The vehicle's OBD-II protocol
• Your sound system

TEST 2 (FAST COMMUNICATION): This advanced test pushes the system to its limits by performing the fastest allowed type of communication. Note that this is only supported by certain vehicle OBD-II protocols.

¹ It's worth noting that the ISO 15765-4 CAN protocol is the only OBD-II protocol capable of delivering up to 140 parameters per second, but this requires an OBD-II adapter equipped with a higher quality chip. Older protocols might limit you to as few as 4 parameters per second in the worst-case scenario.
