a. A mismatch between your interactive user and your VUU user, which can cause the application to fail.

b. Even if you have a VIU user, it may not be activated or authorized, often resulting in a blank page within the app.

c. Your session might have been terminated. User sessions are ended at specific intervals. To resolve this, tap the authority button at the top right to log out, and then log back in.

2-) I want to reset my password, what can I do?

3-) I cannot get notifications, what should I do?
