Application Description

A free SVG painting app: PainterSVG

PainterSVG is a W3C-standard Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) editor. Unlike bitmap images, SVGs use shapes, not pixels, ensuring no loss of detail when scaling. This application offers several key features:

Shape creation and editing (lines, circles, rectangles, etc.)
Path creation and editing with support for straight, cubic, and quadratic lines. Control points and stop points are easily manipulated.
Simple stroke and fill definition for all shapes and paths.
Single color, linear gradient, and radial gradient fill options.
Easy selection, deselection, movement, resizing, and rotation of elements.
Intuitive zoom functionality.
Grouping and ungrouping of elements.
Import and export of SVG files.
Export to PNG (transparent background) or JPG (white background).

Further features are under development.

This update introduces layer opacity support.
