The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) offers a comprehensive suite of services tailored to assist citizens in managing their financial and tax-related affairs. By accessing various Federal Revenue systems, individuals can view essential details related to their CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas), which is a fundamental document for tax purposes in Brazil.

The IRS application provides a user-friendly interface where you can easily access an array of services. Key information available includes your CPF card, a negative certificate of debts, IRPF (Imposto de Renda Pessoa Física) refunds, and details about your economic activities through CAEPF (Cadastro de Atividade Econômica da Pessoa Física). Additionally, you can track your service invoices and health prescriptions directly within the application.

Some services require the download of additional Federal Revenue applications, marked with an asterisk (*). These include income tax declarations, processes in progress, schedules via SAGA, eSocial for domestic employees, and information about your companies, especially if you are a MEI (Microempreendedor Individual). You can also view data related to your imports, such as import declarations and bills of lading, as well as manage your refund requests via PERDCOMP.

Beyond the CPF-related services, the application allows you to consult various other important data points. These include CNPJ (Cadastro Nacional de Pessoas Jurídicas) registrations, MEI status, CNAE (Classificação Nacional de Atividades Econômicas) codes, NCM (Nomenclatura Comum do Mercosul) tables, RFB (Receita Federal do Brasil) units, legal regulations, Sicalc for tax calculations, and import simulations.

The user experience varies based on authentication status:

1) If you are not authenticated (without gov.br): You will have access to basic data only. Each query will require completing a CAPTCHA, and you will not be able to save your favorite searches for future use.

2) If you are authenticated (with gov.br): The application experience is enhanced. You will not need to complete a CAPTCHA for queries, and you can save your favorite searches, making it easier to access frequently consulted information. Additionally, you will soon receive alerts regarding movements related to your queries.

2a) When consulting third-party data: You can view basic information about the entities you are looking up.

2b) When consulting your own data (My data): You will have full access to your personal information, allowing for a thorough review and management of your tax and financial details.
