The app adheres to the privacy guidelines set by the Guarantor. It only activates geolocation when a learner voluntarily clocks in, and the GPS is immediately deactivated afterward. Additionally, learners have the option to verify the status of geolocation directly from the app or their device settings at any time, ensuring complete control over their privacy.

Rest assured, when the app is not in use, no tracking of movements occurs. Moreover, all data stored on the learner's device remains confidential and is neither shared nor processed, whether the app is active or not.
