Application Description

Tarneeb is a card game played by two teams of two players each, seated opposite one another. Using a standard 52-card deck, play proceeds counter-clockwise. The goal for each player is to accurately estimate the number of "Allmat" (tricks) their team will win in each round.

The player who wins the bid to declare "Tarneeb" initiates a "paper-throwing" mini-game. They throw a type of paper onto the floor, and other players must throw the same type of paper to continue. The player who successfully matches the paper type wins the "Bamh." "Tarneeb" papers are superior to all other paper types; only a stronger "Tarneeb" paper can defeat it. The round concludes when all players have played.

Points are awarded based on the bidding team's success in achieving their target number of "Allmat." If they reach or exceed their bid, they gain points equal to the number of "Allmat" won. If they fail, their points are deducted, and the opposing team gains points equal to the number of "Allmat" they won.

A special condition exists for achieving 13 "Allmat" ("WIG 13"): If a team bids for and achieves 13 "Allmat," they receive 26 points. Failure to achieve 13 "Allmat" when bidding for it results in a 16-point deduction. The game ends when one team reaches a total score of 41 or more points.
