ATTENTION! PLEASE READ!

Please note that due to hardware limitations, not all smartphones equipped with NFC technology can read the contactless chips used in Troika cards.

Electronic tickets are stored in the memory of your Troika card. To add tickets, you'll need an NFC-enabled and compatible smartphone to write them onto your card.

The electronic purse feature allows you to choose the amount you wish to record (purchase) on your card.

Our app supports over 90 types of tickets, covering all existing ticket types. This includes tickets for MCD (Moscow Central Diameters), MCR (Moscow Central Ring), and special tickets for social cards, including those for students.

To reserve funds, enter your payment card details safely within the app (rest assured, we never store your bank card data).

Remember to hold your Troika card close to the NFC antenna on your device (refer to your device's user manual to locate the antenna).

Funds are only charged from your payment card once the newly purchased ticket has been successfully written to your Troika card.
