** NOTE: This app is ONLY for use as part of a prostate cancer pilot called Wave Active Surveillance. Do NOT download this app unless you have been invited by your Urologist or Radiologist. **

To support Active Surveillance (AS) as a potential course of action for individuals diagnosed with Prostate Cancer, an interdisciplinary team of expert Urologists and Radiologists in Berlin (the Berlin Expert AS Team) has co-developed a new app called the Wave Active Surveillance App (Wave AS).

With Wave AS, you will have the opportunity for your medical records to be reviewed by the Berlin Expert AS Team. Simply complete a short list of tasks within the app and receive a personalized expert recommendation on whether Active Surveillance may be appropriate for your condition.

Wave AS provides timely reminders for upcoming appointments and required actions, conducts follow-up assessments of your health status, and delivers educational resources to help you monitor your prostate cancer effectively.

*Active Surveillance is a management approach for localized prostate cancer classified as low risk, involving close monitoring for disease progression to avoid immediate treatment and reduce the likelihood of associated side effects.
