Step 3: When shopping, request a "VAT invoice made out to ZappTax" from the merchant. Take photos of your invoices and upload them to the app, or forward them via email to [email protected].

Step 4: At the end of your stay, request the automatic generation of your tax-free forms within the app. You will receive one or more tax refund forms detailing all your purchases.

Step 5: Before leaving the EU, validate your tax refund forms electronically at customs by scanning the forms' barcode at a self-service kiosk (PABLO device in France and DIVA in Spain) or by presenting your passport to a customs agent in Belgium.
