CTM Buddy

CTMBuddy is a mobile app that offers various key features for CTM customers. These features include checking the usage of mobile data, mobile usage, and CTM Wi-Fi at any time. Users can also check and pay their bills through the app. Additionally, the app provides access to the CTM Bonus Points Scheme, allowing customers to inquire about bonus points, expiry dates, gift items, and gift redemption. Online applications for services like mobile, internet, and data roaming are also available. The app includes a feature called "TicketEasy" that allows customers to check the status of tickets at CTM shops. Other features include CTM Wi-Fi autosetting, phone and equipment maintenance status enquiry, detailed information on IDD, local phone numbers, and data roaming services, and the location of CTM shops. For customers who have activated their account through CTMBuddy, additional functions include usage checking and QR code bill payment for postpaid customers, remaining usage and expiry date for prepaid customers, online applications, CTM membership checking and rewards service, and CTM Wi-Fi resend and reset password options.
