The iconic tactical shooter, Delta Force, is set to make its highly anticipated mobile debut later this year, much to the delight of fans eagerly awaiting its return. Developer Level Infinite has not only confirmed the release but also shared an exciting roadmap of upcoming content for 2025, ensuring that players have plenty to look forward to in this free-to-play experience.

The first season's roadmap promises an array of new content to enhance the existing gameplay. Expect to see new operators, weapons, attachments, and gadgets that will diversify your tactical options. Additionally, new Warfare mode maps are on the horizon, promising fresh battlegrounds for players to strategize and conquer.

The excitement ramps up in the second season with the introduction of nighttime versions of existing maps, adding a thrilling new dimension to the game. Alongside these, players can anticipate another wave of new operators, weapons, attachments, and gadgets. The third season brings a new season pass and another warfare map, further expanding the game's universe. By the fourth season, yet another warfare map and a slew of new content will keep the gameplay fresh and engaging.

Delta Force is set to launch with cross-progression between mobile and PC, which bodes well for those hoping that content already released for the desktop version will be available on mobile at launch. The roadmap suggests a robust lineup of content, ensuring that the game remains dynamic and engaging for its community.

One of the most compelling aspects of Delta Force is its Warfare mode, which aims to fill a niche left open by the Battlefield series. This mode has the potential to offer a unique multiplayer experience on mobile devices, although the performance will depend on the capabilities of your device.

With the mobile release scheduled for late April, there's still some time before you can dive into Delta Force. In the meantime, why not explore some of the other top shooters available on iOS to keep your gaming appetite satisfied?
