To win at Oh Hell!, you must outscore your opponents. Points are earned by winning tricks and by accurately predicting how many tricks you will win each round. The winner is the player with the highest score after a set number of rounds. There can be multiple winners.

Play with standard rules, and customize options to make Oh Hell! your ideal card game:

● Play with 3 to 7 players

● Toggle the 'Screw the Dealer' rule on or off

● Toggle the ‘Nil Bid Worth 5’ rule on or off

● Set the Trump suit to Alternate, Next Card, or No Trumps

● Choose from four game types: Up, Down, Up and Down, or Down and Up

● Select easy, medium, or hard difficulty

● Replay the round from either the bid or the play phase

● Review previous hands in the round

● Choose normal or fast play speed

● Toggle single-click play on or off

Quickfire Rules

Oh Hell! follows standard trick-taking card game rules. A card is beaten by a higher card of the same suit or by any trump card. Once a card is played, other players must follow suit. If they cannot, they may choose to Trump by playing a trump card to win the trick, or to Throw Away by playing any non-trump card to lose it.

Each trick scores one point. Correctly predicting your number of tricks during bidding scores 10 points per round, or 5 points if you bid 0 and the ‘Nil Bid Worth 5’ setting is enabled.
