Heroes United: Fight x3: A Surprisingly Unlicensed Delight?
Heroes United: Fight x3 is a standard 2D hero-collecting RPG. You assemble a team of diverse characters to battle enemies and bosses – a familiar formula. However, a closer look at its promotional materials reveals some…unexpected characters.
The game's marketing prominently features characters bearing a striking resemblance to Goku, Doraemon, and Tanjiro. While the game itself is unremarkable, the blatant, seemingly unlicensed use of these iconic figures is undeniably intriguing. It's a brazen display of copyright disregard, a refreshing throwback to the days of more carefree (and less legal) mobile game development.
While the unauthorized use of these characters is ethically questionable, it's hard not to find a certain charm in the audacity. It's a stark contrast to the many genuinely well-crafted mobile games released recently.
