Embracer Group celebrates the resounding success of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, reporting sales nearing the 2 million mark. The game achieved a remarkable 1 million sales within a day of its February 4th launch across PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, nearly doubling that figure within ten days.

This exceptional performance, particularly strong on Steam with over 250,000 peak concurrent players (significantly exceeding the original Kingdom Come: Deliverance's 96,069 peak seven years prior), showcases Warhorse Studios' medieval RPG sequel's widespread appeal. While console player numbers remain undisclosed by Sony and Microsoft, the actual peak concurrent player count is undoubtedly higher.

FY 2025/26 will see two AAA releases towards the year's end, alongside numerous mid-size titles including Gothic 1 Remake, REANIMAL, Fellowship, Deep Rock Galactic: Rogue Core, Titan Quest II, Screamer, Echoes of the End (working title), Tides of Tomorrow, Satisfactory (console), and the full release of Wreckfest 2, with further unannounced titles also planned.

Following recent restructuring, including staff reductions and studio divestments (such as Gearbox and Saber Interactive), Embracer retains key studios like 4A Games, currently developing a new entry in the Metro series.
