VALHALLA SURVIVAL features a unique roguelike combat system. You control your character's movement directly, a departure from traditional survival RPGs. Interestingly, weapon equipping and character leveling occur outside the game itself. Select your character and weapon, click "play," and embark on increasingly challenging story stages. Early enemies are weaker, but don't underestimate the importance of dodging—bosses and mini-bosses will test your skills thoroughly.

Movement is achieved by clicking anywhere on the screen; there's no traditional movement wheel. While visually stunning, skill animations can sometimes have longer render times. Collect blue crystals (EXP) from defeated enemies to level up, and green crystals (HP) to replenish health.

In-game microtransactions allow direct purchase of resources after completing campaign stages 1-4. Each character boasts unique traits that synergize with their combat abilities. You can freely level up and switch between any owned character, regardless of class, offering unparalleled flexibility.
