The wait is finally over! You can now download AVLView’s highly anticipated School Bus module — a dedicated mobile app for parents. With app.avlview.com, schools can efficiently manage schedules, assign bus pickup and drop-off points, and keep parents informed about when their child's school bus is approaching designated stops.

Key Features of the School Module in AVLView:

• Create Pre-Scheduled Trips: Easily plan and schedule trips for school buses in advance.

• Define Route Boundaries: Set specific route fences that buses must follow to ensure adherence to planned paths.

• Set Student Pickup/Drop-Off Points: Include student waypoints for both pickups and drop-offs.

• Real-Time Notifications for Schools: School administrators receive instant alerts (via SMS or email) for any schedule violations, including time mismatches, route deviations, or missed stops.

• Student Management: Add students along with their grade information (e.g., VII C) and assign them to scheduled trips and specific stops.

• Multi-Trip Assignment: Students can be assigned multiple trips—typically one for pickup and one for drop-off.

• Interactive Trip Map View: Visualize each trip on a map, clearly showing the route and all stoppage points for easy monitoring.

• Parent Access via Sub-Accounts: Parents can log in to their sub-user accounts for live tracking of the school bus. They’ll see real-time progress and estimated arrival times at their designated stops.

• The student fails to board the bus
• The student fails to disembark from the bus
