If you journeyed back to the 1980s, specifically 1987, and discovered you were a rural child wrongly adopted, destined to marry an elderly mountain man for your biological daughter's sake – what would you do? This is the premise of your game, where you play Lin Xingchen.

Returning to the present, after uncovering the cruelty and injustice of your adoptive parents, you decide to teach them and their biological daughter a lesson. Then, you embark on a trip to your fiancé Zhou's home. Upon arrival, you find two children awaiting you. Suddenly, the prospect of being a stepmother becomes your reality. But a twist awaits – Zhou isn't the old man you were told he was; he's a handsome man, and you even have a romantic rival!

As Lin Xingchen, you'll progress the story by solving puzzles and engaging in dialogue. Your journey from a newcomer to the Zhou family to its hostess will be fraught with challenges: confronting your ruthless adoptive parents, dealing with the spiteful Mrs. Wang, and navigating the complexities of your fiancé's childhood sweetheart. Each obstacle must be overcome using your wit and resourcefulness. The future, after your time-travel mishap, is entirely in your hands.
