The playing field is teeming with viruses in three vibrant colors—red, yellow, and blue. As a player, you have the power to maneuver each descending capsule, shifting it left or right and rotating it to strategically align it with existing viruses and capsules. The key to success lies in connecting four or more capsule segments or viruses of the same color, either horizontally or vertically, which results in their elimination from the board. Your ultimate goal is to conquer each level by wiping out every last virus. Be warned: a game over looms if capsules pile up and block the bottle's slender neck.

You have the flexibility to choose your starting difficulty level at the onset of a new game, ranging from zero to twenty, which directly correlates to the number of viruses you must clear. Additionally, you can select from three speed settings that dictate the rate at which capsules descend into the bottle. Your score hinges solely on the eradication of viruses; neither the time you take nor the number of capsules you use impacts your points. Should you triumph over the toughest level, you can continue playing to boost your score, though the virus count remains constant. Scoring bonuses are awarded for eliminating multiple viruses simultaneously, yet no extra points are given for triggering chain reactions, where one set of eliminations sparks another.
