This application is specifically designed, developed, and deployed for the assessment phase of Rent Ready.

Both web and mobile versions are now accessible across all platforms.

• How does it function?

2. Scan the QR code upon entry

3. That’s it! Smooth, simple, exactly as it should be.

▪ Enjoy access to all amenities: high-speed WIFI, private phone booths, printers, lockers, meeting rooms, and more.

▪ Enjoy unlimited barista-made drinks from our Espresso Bar, featuring specialty coffee beans carefully selected and roasted by our partners at 'Kiss the Hippo Coffee' (London’s first carbon-negative coffee company).

▪ Plus, unlimited seasonal fruits and additional artisan pastries.

▪ Simply scan the QR code to leave whenever you wish,

whether after a 30-minute session or a full 12-hour workday.

▪ Your payment is automatically processed when you end

your session.

• What does it cost?

1. Pay only for the time you use: £9.20/hour (or 15p/min), with a daily cap of £54 (all prices include VAT).

2. The meeting room (up to 6 people) is £60/hour (£50 + VAT) and can be pre-booked directly through the app in 30-minute slots.

• Where can you find us?

1. Our first venue is in the heart of South Kensington, just a 2-minute walk from the tube station (29 Harrington Road, London, SW7 3HQ).
