The app creates a new shortcut on your home screen with your selected design—making it the simplest way to refresh the look of your Android phone.

How to Use Icon Changer:

1. Launch the Icon Changer app.
2. Pick the application whose icon you'd like to customize.
3. Select a new image from our extensive built-in icon packs, your gallery, existing app icons, or third-party icon sets.
4. Optionally rename the app (you can leave this blank if preferred).
5. Return to your home screen or desktop to view the newly customized shortcut.

About Watermarks on Shortcut Icons

On certain devices, a watermark may appear on the shortcut icon automatically. While we provide a method to fully replace app icons without relying on widget technology, this approach doesn’t work universally across all devices.

If you notice a watermark on your custom icon, follow these steps to remove it:

1. Go to your phone's home screen and long-press on an empty space.
2. Tap on "Widgets" from the bottom menu.
3. Locate Icon Changer in the widget list, then touch and hold it.
4. Drag the widget to your launcher screen.
5. Now proceed to create your icon again using the widget.
