COMMAND EVERY TURN

With dynamic alternating turns, you can respond and counter your opponent’s moves in real-time. Select from a wide pool of champion cards for your deck, each featuring unique mechanics inspired by their abilities in League of Legends.

Champions enter combat as formidable cards. Through skillful play, they level up, growing more powerful as the match unfolds. Level your champions repeatedly in battle and earn Champion Mastery crests through consistent play.

ENDLESS STRATEGIC POSSIBILITIES

Every champion and ally belongs to a region of Runeterra. Build your collection with cards from nine distinct regions: Demacia, Noxus, Freljord, Piltover & Zaun, Ionia, Targon, Shurima, the Shadow Isles, and Bandle City.

Experiment with how champions and regions interact to gain tactical edges over opponents. Continuously combine and adapt your deck with frequent content updates and an ever-changing meta.

FORGE YOUR OWN ADVENTURE

In PvE, every card you select defines your progression. Confront unique challenges, collect power-ups, unlock champions, and overcome escalating trials as you advance across the map. Your foes grow stronger—and so do you—with multiple endings waiting to be unlocked as you replay.

WIN THROUGH SKILL, NOT SPENDING

Obtain cards freely, or use shards and wildcards to acquire exactly what you want. You control your collection—no random card packs to purchase. You can own every card without spending money, though buying specific champions remains an option.

Win or lose, every match offers experience and progression. Select your starting region and unlock the cards you desire, switching regions at any time. As you advance, you’ll gain new allies, spells, and champions.

Each week, open chests from the Vault. These chests upgrade based on your activity, improving card rarity from common to epic. They can also include wildcards, exchangeable for any card of your choice—no randomness involved.

DRAFT AND EVOLVE YOUR STRATEGY

Each season, 1,024 top-ranked players from LoR’s four regional shards (Americas, Asia, Europe, and Southeast Asia) can compete in the seasonal tournament for pride, glory, and cash prizes.

Climbing the Ranked ladder isn’t the only path—you can also challenge the Last Chance Gauntlet. Gauntlets are limited-time competitive events with special rules and exclusive rewards.
