Master Japanese Mahjong: Riichi Rules & Fu Han Calculation

This Mahjong School app is your guide to learning Japanese Mahjong, a style very similar to European (Riichi) and US versions. While slightly different from Chinese, Hong Kong, or Taiwanese Mahjong, mastering the Japanese style provides a solid foundation for other variations.

The app offers three learning paths:

Mahjong Calculator: Easily calculate hand Fu and points. Add tiles to your hand, indicate winning combinations (Ting, Chow, Pon, Chi), and specify conditions like Dora and self-draw. The calculator provides detailed results, including hand names.
Simple Tutorial: A comprehensive list of all Han, each with an example hand and clear explanation.
Practice Mode: Play against a beginner-friendly AI opponent. Practice is key to mastering Mahjong!
