Sense4FIT is a Web 3 "Fit-to-Earn" lifestyle ecosystem designed to empower users through fitness, nutrition, personal development, and mindfulness. As a semi-decentralized application, Sense4FIT blends online engagement with future offline integration through sports events, bootcamps, and competitions—creating a holistic wellness experience.

Powered by the Elrond blockchain, Sense4FIT incorporates Game-Fi elements to motivate users on their journey toward self-improvement while offering tangible rewards for achieving fitness milestones. The platform leverages Social-Fi and Game-Fi mechanics to enhance user engagement and foster a unified global sports community.

To ensure fairness and transparency, Sense4FIT utilizes blockchain technology—including NFTs and Maiar Wallet integration—for secure user identification within an anti-cheat system. This ensures that rewards are accurately allocated based on verified fitness activity. Currently, the app operates on Elrond’s devnet, meaning no real-world funds are involved.

The app is completely free to use. Users who are part of our physical gym network gain exclusive premium access, allowing them to continue pursuing their fitness goals beyond the gym environment. With features like progress tracking, personalized nutrition plans, tailored workout routines, and direct communication with coaches, users can stay motivated and connected wherever they are.

Anti-Cheat & Rewards Distribution System:

Sense4FIT incentivizes fitness by enabling users to participate in various challenges and earn rewards based on performance. There are three main challenge durations: 30, 45, and 60 minutes, each with minimum performance requirements for eligibility. In this version of the app, we've introduced a short 1-minute Test Challenge requiring at least 1 BPM average pulse and 1 active calorie burned. Users can access these challenges directly from the Home Screen by tapping the “Challenges” button and following the intuitive UX flow.

Users have the flexibility to either create a custom workout or choose from our extensive content library. Prior to starting any challenge, users must connect a compatible fitness tracking device (currently integrated with Apple HealthKit). To prevent missed rewards due to forgotten connections, the app prompts users to initialize HealthKit before beginning the challenge. However, no data is read at this stage.

Once the challenge is completed, Sense4FIT retrieves health data exclusively from the timeframe of the session via Apple HealthKit. The system evaluates the Average Pulse and Active Calories burned. If the results meet or exceed the challenge's minimum performance criteria, the user becomes eligible to claim their reward.

Importantly, Sense4FIT accesses HealthKit solely to verify reward eligibility and does not store any personal health information or associate health metrics with user identities. All data is used strictly for determining challenge completion and ensuring fair reward distribution.
