This issue may occur due to a weak internet connection, the Unity Ads server being down, or if you're blocking the Unity Ads servers. Check your internet connection and try relaunching the game.

- I downloaded content from the Mod Browser, but it's not appearing in the game or on the side menu. What's wrong?
Press the refresh button to load all downloaded content. Also, check if the mod is compatible by looking at the label on the side menu list with all the loaded mods; incompatible mods will be marked as such.

- Why can't people see me when they connect to my multiplayer room?
After creating a room, make sure to join the game by going to the "cogwheel" menu, selecting Multiplayer, and then choosing Join game.
